CHARMING COTTAGE CLOSE TO THE SHORELINE IN A BEAUTIFUL CONSERVATION AREA This very quaint cottage dates back to the 1870 s and was originally the flour shop for the Mill next door. The interior has been sympathetically modernised retaining many of its traditional features. The terraced rear garden runs up to a wooded hillside where there is a large summerhouse with balcony picnic area and children s slide. Low Valleyfield is adjacent to the beautiful conservation village of Culross a step back in time with fascinating restored 17th and 18th century buildings including the National Trust Culross Palace dating from 1597. For walkers or cyclists the Fife coastal path passes the cottage and there are many fine woodland walks in the immediate area. There is an abundance of bird and wildlife locally. This location is ideal for accessing all the attractions of Dunfermline Edinburgh Stirling Perthshire and the East Neuk of Fife. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin on the first floor both with coombed ceilings. Bathroom: on the ground floor with shower over the traditional bath. Lounge: with open fire TV DVD hi-fi and iPod dock. Dining room. with seating for 6. Kitchen: with gas hob electric oven microwave fridge freezer dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: large terraced garden with seating and substantial summerhouse/studio with balcony. Amenities: bed linen towels electricity gas central heating initial supply of solid fuel and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Additional info:cot high chair stair gate and children s toys and books. Location: local shops and traditional pub serving excellent food nearby. Arrival: 4pm
